SERVICES

S-Dance offers a range of dance-related services, including weekly classes, boot camps, dance events, private lessons, etc. Detailed information about these services is available on the S-Dance website and/or Facebook page.

Full Course Pass

This pass grants customers access to a single course for a duration of one season. The duration and the number of lessons in the course can vary depending on the season. Detailed information about the course content can be found on the S-Dance website, enabling customers to review the course description before making a purchase. Typically, each course includes a series of 16 weekly dance classes, each lasting for 1.5 hours and spanning over 4-month period. The course's start date and finish date are specified in the course description.

Half-Course Pass (8x card)

The Half-Course pass or 8 times card offers customers access to a dance learning program for a duration of one season, similar to our standard Course Pass. However, it includes half the number of lessons compared to a full course. Individuals can choose which lessons of a single course they attend.

Monthly Pass (4x card)

The Monthly Pass provides customers with access to any four classes within a single course during a season.

Drop-in Pass

The Drop-in Pass grants customers the opportunity to attend a single dance class within a course. This pass is an ideal choice for individuals who cannot enroll in an entire course but still want to participate in dance classes of their interest.

CLASS ATTENDANCE AND SCHEDULE CHANGES

At S-Dance, our primary offering consists of progressive courses. As a member of a course group, you commit to attend classes on time each week and attend all lessons planned. Your consistent attendance not only contributes to your personal development as a dancer but also impacts the overall progress of the group and maintains a balanced follower-to-leader ratio in partner classes.

S-Dance retains the right to make schedule, instructor, and venue changes as necessary. We recommend keeping yourself informed about updates and changes by regularly checking the S-Dance website, our Facebook page, and our Facebook events.

Every purchase creates a binding agreement between you and S-Dance. Each pass is personal and can only be used by the person whose name is on the pass. Please double-check your selection before making a purchase. Resale of passes is not allowed without prior consent from S-Dance.

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations as part of our policy, even if you can no longer attend an activity.

PAYMENT & CARD PROCESSING

In addition to the price of the activities by S-Dance set by S-Dance there are payment, credit/debit card, SEPA or other processing fees directly or indirectly charged by Third Party Service providers. The exact amount of these fees may vary and depend on the purchase price, payment method selected, the third-party service provider and the payment processing service provider. In general, the fees range between 1% and 10% of the purchase price.

Sometimes these fees will be included in the purchase price and at other times they will be added to the sales price during the check-out process. At all times if it is not included in the purchase price you will be informed of this before finalizing your purchase. These fees, whether included or excluded in the purchase price are non-refundable as they are paid to the third-party service providers for services they have provided.
