Tarraxinha
Tarraxinha means “to screw the screw” in Portuguese language.
Tarraxinha is a Rhythm created by some Djs in Angola. It comes from the musical genre called Kuduro by dropping down the bpm of the song to 80-100. Most Tarraxinha songs used to be Instrumentals with a strong beat, heavy bass and lots of sound effects.
Tarraxinha is a music genre and a dance. It is danced mostly on the spot by making circular movements with the hips, can be danced also on Ghetto zouk music.
It's very common to use Tarraxinha hip movements as a styling in Urbankiz, also Tarraxinha is a dance from which Tarraxo dance started to develop.
