We are a Social Dance School located in Helsinki and focused on Social dances such as Kizomba, Semba, Urbankiz and Tarraxo. We believe that dancing is the best way to keep our body and mind healthy and make us feel happy.
Dances we teach are unique in giving us opportunity to connect with our inner self, music and our dance partners.

Our main focus is on real communication between partners, teaching you how to combine movements naturally and dance with clarity, connection, and confidence.

Choose the level

Mondays are open level, welcoming beginners, improvers, and anyone who wants to refine their fundamentals and technique.
On Wednesdays, enjoy Urbankiz Intermediate (1+ year experience) and Urbankiz Intermediate / Advanced (2+ years) for dancers ready to go deeper.

Switch & Flow

Kizomba workshop

May 18th, 19:30-21:00

Step out of your usual role into a whole new perspective. In this special workshop, we’ll explore what happens when leaders become followers and followers become leaders.
“Switch & Flow” is designed to deepen your understanding of connection, timing, and communication by experiencing dance from the other role.

Leaders will discover the sensitivity and responsiveness required to follow, while followers will gain insight into decision-making, structure, and intention.
This is not about perfection - it’s about awareness, empathy, and growth. By the end of the workshop, you’ll move more consciously, connect more clearly, and unlock new possibilities in your dance.
